Ultra Engineering was founded in 2016 by Dan, a qualified welder and entrepreneur based in Colac. Dan has been a qualified welder and metalworker since 2003, and started working in the industry even earlier than that.
With 18 years of experience under his belt — working throughout Australia in engineering, machining, structural fabrication, mining, food & beverage, structural steel and more — Dan has built up a wide-ranging set of skills and expert knowledge.
After working for 8 years as a sole trader, Dan decided it was time to start his own company, so that his local community in Colac and western Victoria can benefit from his years of experience.
